Double/JoeBetty Jo Rogers Brown Hendrix, age 87, of Malvern passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the Crossing. She was born July 1, 1933, in Paris, Texas the daughter of the late Johnny and Viola Hawathorn Rogers.

Betty was a wonderful homemaker and will be remembered for her excellent cooking abilities and her welcoming home. She loved pretty things, enjoyed decorating, flowers, and finding vintage treasures. Betty attended First Baptist Church in Malvern. She was an awesome granny.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, of 48 years, Joe Brown; sisters, Johnnie Bell Hunter and Sue Dunn and brothers, Bobby Rogers, Roy Rogers, and James Rogers.

Survivors, spouse of 18 years, Buster D. Hendrix of Malvern; sons, Don Brown (Gatha) of Malvern and David Brown (Charity) of Bismarck; sister, Wanda Willingham (Floyd Jr.); grandchildren, Kristie Dannelley (Scotty), Ryan Brown (Nichole), Kevin Brown (Reagan) and Mary Lee Dennis (Grant); great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Brown, Connor Dannelley, Cole Dannelley, Tenlie Brown, Brooklyn Brown and Lakelynn Brown and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 17 from 10:00-11:00 am at Regency Funeral Home.

Services will be Thursday, June 17 at 11:00 am at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Mark Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Scotty Dannelley, Ryan Brown, Kevin Brown, John Hughes, Troy Norwood, and Todd Norwood. Honorary pallbearers will be Alan Hendrix, William P. Mitchell, Roger Lederer, and Frank Murphy.

Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home.
