H. Marie Mummaw, 91, formerly of Marshall Avenue, Lancaster, died on Tuesday evening, February 27, 2018 at HCR-ManorCare, Lancaster.
Miss Mummaw retired from the former J.G. McCrory's Five & Dime Store (McCrory Stores), Downtown Lancaster, where she had worked as a waitress.
Born August 8, 1926, in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Adam E. and Helen (Powell) Mummaw. A Lutheran, Miss Mummaw was a long-time member of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lancaster.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Catherine (Mummaw) Hoeltzel, who died in 2013.
