BOYDSTON, CLYDE FRANKLIN 69, born 11-4-36 in Whittier, CA. Raised to his teens in Yuma, AZ. Passed away 11-1-05 after his bout with cancer. At 16 Frank joined the Army and became a paratrooper with the 82nd AB and he received many awards. At 19 he married and settled in Riverside, CA, where he raised 4 sons. At 44 he remarried and welcomed another family of 4 into his life forever. Frank retired from his career as Mfg. Eng. with Lockheed in 1998. He was involved in many special assignments, one which took him to Japan for 4 yrs with his family to share & enjoy the experience with him. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW & Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Frank enjoyed growing rare roses & mixed fruit trees, collecting antiques, a good book and watching action movies, but most of all he loved his family & enjoyed being the host of many family gatherings and neighborhood parties, BBQ's with his "Secret Sauce". He was the most loving man all around and will be so greatly missed by all his family and and friends. He is survived by his sister Jostepha Gadbois, CO; his first wife Betty Boydston, Riverside; his 7 children, 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson. Frank was preceded in death by his eldest son Kenneth in 2005 and his loving wife of 25 years, Darlene C. Boydston in 1998. TOGETHER AGAIN Service will be held at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4828 Jones Ave, Riverside @ 2:00 on 11-12-05. Interment will be a private ceremony @ San Luis Rey Mission.
