He was a long-time employee for Dunbar Armored and was a dedicated former coach of DeSales HS Cross Country and Track for over 15 years. Paul was a die-hard Oakland A's fan and was a Air Force veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Wise and brother, David Wise.
Paul is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Wise; and sisters, Linda Doolittle (Steve) and their children, Amy, Lauren, Tyler; Therese McBride (Brad) and their children, Lincoln and Angelica.
His celebration of life Mass will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6105 So 3rd St. with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
