She was born on August 26, 1970 in Dayton, OH the daughter of Philip and Anita (Stephenson) Wisecup. Beside her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Rodney Collett.

Lisa is survived by her mother Anita Wisecup of Hillsboro; husband Colen Jackson; four sons, Christopher Owens, Nicholas Owens, Aaron Collett, and Brandon Collett all of Hillsboro; daughter, Destiny Totton of Hillsboro; brother, David Wisecup of Hillsboro; sisters, Sherry (Stanley) Jackson of Peebles, Christina Wisecup of Hillsboro, and Gina Wisecup of Florida; four grandchildren, Philip Totton, Zander Totton, Eonna Collett, and Layla Owens; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Services are pending at this time.
