Juanita Marie (Meece) Randall, 82, of Livingston, Montana passed away of natural causes, unexpectedly on Thursday, March 15th, 2018.

She was born to Lee and Sallie (Haney) Meece in Somerset, Kentucky on March 4, 1936. She received her education in Somerset. In 1951 she married Ivan Randall and together they travelled through various states, finally settling in Livingston with their four children. Eventually Ivan and Juanita divorced, and she met her partner and companion, Albert Fallang, with whom she had shared over 40 years of her life with.

She worked in the kitchen at the Cave Supper Club, she was a housekeeper at several motels, and eventually, she became a cook at Livingston Healthcare Hospital. She was dedicated to this job for over 35 years before retiring.

Juanita's father died just months before she was born which sparked her interest in understanding more of her family and where she came from. In her yearly visits home to Somerset Juanita was sure to explore as much as she could about her relatives.

She was a very dedicated mother and found many joys in spending time with her loved ones. She was delighted in daily visits with her children and was particularly fond of Friday breakfasts with her daughter. Halloween was a favorite holiday of hers and each year she eagerly awaited her great-grandchildren's arrival in their costumes. Juanita also liked spending time on Facebook, as it was a way for her to keep in touch with her extended family.

Though she lived in Livingston, Somerset was always home in her heart, and her visits only stopped when her health prohibited the travel. Although health complications weakened her body, she was still strong of mind and heart. Juanita may have been a quiet person, but she lived her life as an independent, hard-working woman who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was well loved by her family and friends.

She is survived by her partner, Albert Fallang; children, Garry, Charlie, Shanley Randall and Bonnie (David) Rust; brothers, Billy and Bobbie Meece; grandchildren, Nita Coody, Christy Beatty, Adam Rust, Holly and Justin Renvick, Jason Gonder, Danelle Perkins, Andre Randall; several great- grandchildren; and a step-daughter, Elaine Fallang.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Ivan; son, Ivan Jr; grandchildren, Jennifer Relaford and Seth Randall; siblings, Edna Phillips, Albert Meece, Clarence Meece, and Robert Meece, who passed away last month.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Franzen-Davis Chapel on Saturday, March 24th at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
