John Henry Easley Jr., 65, of Whitesboro, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Born in Bronx, NY to the late John Henry Easley, Sr. and Gloria Swanson-Gallman Easley, he was a lifetime resident of this area and served in the Army National Guard from 1975 to 1983. He loved fishing and playing in his pool league. He used to sing in a band and loved music. He retired from Woodbine Developmental Center.
Mr. Easley is survived by his wife of 29 years, Anita; his children, Demetrius (Sarah), Jonathan (Tracy), Angel, Jasmine, Nicole, Robert, and James; his siblings, Dorinne (the late Sidney), Jonatha, Cornelia (the late Ronald), Gloria, Tamar (Morris), Lillian, Jimetta, Monica (Jeffrey), James, George Andrew (Amanda), and Nadine (Gera); his 14 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was also predeceased by his brother, Young William.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Household of Ruth Cemetery, Whitesboro.
