THELMA DAVIDSON
September 9, 1931 ~ March 18, 2018

Thelma Davidson was born September 9, 1931 in Calvin, Oklahoma to Albert and Zelda (Renfrow) Holman and passed from this life March 18, 2018 in Tulsa at the age of 86.

Thelma was raised in the Calvin area and attended the local school. She was a graduate of Calvin High School.

As a young lady she was married to Don Davidson. They first made their home in Tulsa before moving to Greenville, Texas in about 1955. They came to Wetumka in the early 1960s and made it their lifelong home.

Don preceded her in death in 1974. She is remembered as a loving wife, mother, and homemaker.

She enjoyed canning, fishing, and making ceramics. Her daughters lovingly remember her as a seamstress as she made much of their clothing growing up.

In addition to her husband she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Alfred, Johnny, and Jimmy, two sisters Betty and Wanda Mae, and a grandson Joseph.

Survivors include: three daughters, Barbara Thomas and husband Dale of Sapulpa, Carolyn Bennett and Eddie Palmer of Syracuse, KS, and Helen Draper and husband Mike of Van Buren, Ark;

A brother Carl Holman and wife Betty of Arlington, Tx; along with five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 21 at 2 PM at the Wetumka Cemetery with Rev. Jim Catlett officiating.

Interment will follow under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home Of Wetumka.
