Services for Paul E Grizzle, 69, of Peoria, Ill., formerly of Joy, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Olin Funeral Home, Joy. Burial will be in Peniel Cemetery.
Mr Grizzle died Wednesday, Dec 19 at St Francis Hospital, Peoria.
He married Esther Stevens in 1938 in Muscatine IA.
He was a driver for the Pepsi-Cola Co. Later he was employed at International Harvester, East Moline, retiring in 1971.
He was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include his wife; daughters, Mrs Dennis Dawson, Bartonville, Ill.; Mrs Brian Watters, Colona, and Mrs Barre Fields, Moline; sons, Lee, Davenport; James, Colona; Gary, Momence, Ill., and Robert, Coal Valley; 17 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs Irma Powers, Arcadia, Calif., and a brother, Howard, Alexandria, Va.
