Surviving are his children, Faline J. Ramsey and husband John Schneider of Moundsville W.Va., Larry William Ramsey and wife Mona of Cresaptown, Bret Marshall Ramsey and wife Judy, Cresaptown, and Jane Eleanor Ramsey and Tammy McKenzie of LaVale; two grandchildren, Josh Phillip Ramsey and Amber Nichol Cook and husband Chad; three great-grandchildren, Gannon, Griffin and Grayson Cook.
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
