Dorothy L. Angeli, 91, of Montoursville, passed away at Valley View Nursing Center on Friday, March 23, 2018. Her husband, Robert L. Angeli, passed away in 2003.
Dorothy was born on December 20, 1926 in Philadelphia and was the daughter of Leslie and Ida Caddell Dilk.
She was a graduate of West Philadelphia High School and Lock Haven State College. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. She worked as an Assistant Director for the Williamsport YMCA. Dorothy was an artist, a ski instructor at Ski Sawmill at Oregon Hill, and enjoyed quilting. While at the YMCA she was a swimming instructor and managed the swimming program. She was also a long-time member of the Women’s Club.
Dorothy is survived by a brother, Donald Dilks, of Harleysville. She was predeceased by a sister, Lois Saladin, of Pittsburgh.
