On March 27, 2018, Dr. Alonzo "Al" Bradley Chatfield IV, age 83, passed away.
Dr. Chatfield was a past Potentate of Ballut Abyad Shrine and a retired chiropractor.
Al is survived by his brother, William Chatfield, two sons and a daughter, as well as five grandchildren. Al is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and long time companion, Sharon.
At his request, cremation has taken place and his remains are to be buried in a family plot in Washington, D.C. where a family memorial service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shrine Transportation Fund or Shrine Children's Hospital in care of Ballut Shrine Center, 6600 Zuni SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
