Audrey Prestwood Saulters, 93, a housewife, of Mendenhall died November 26, 2007 at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 28, at 2 p.m., at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of mendenhall. Interment will follow at Rials Creek Cemetery in Mendenhall.
Mrs. Saulters was a charter member of Rials Creek Methodist Church and first president of United Methodist Women. She directed the choir for over 22 years and was a Sunday school teacher. She loved her God, church and family.
She is survived by sons Mike Saulters and Scott Saulters, both of Chicago, Ill.; daughters and sons-in-law Peggy and Jack Bryan of Mendenhall and Janie and Garner Delk of Laurel; a sister and brother-in-law, Nan Carolyn and J. B. Moak of Summitt; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by husbands Dovie Prestwood and Harrell Saulters; a son, Billy Austin Prestwood; and a granddaughter, Sandi Delk.
