Born in Mt. Airy, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Susie Brubaker Lausch.
Her husband, Galen E. Bedger, died in 1979.
Surviving are two sons, Donald R. Shimp of Ephrata and Kenneth D., married to Janet A. Shimp of Denver; two stepdaughters, Judy, married to Eugene Johnston of Reinholds, and Jean, married to Kenneth Beamesderfer of Liverpool; two grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; 11 stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Grace L. Nessinger of Ephrata."
