Joetta Wise was born on October 24, 1952 in Vernon Texas to George Kellogg and Clisteen Flud-Kellogg. She went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Joetta loved many things in her life but among the top was playing bingo, penny slots, garage selling and bragging about her children and grandchildren.
Joetta is preceded in death by her father George Kellogg and mother Clisteen Flud-Kellogg. She is survived by her husband Charles Carter. Daughter and Son-in-law Georgetta and Mike Parker. Two sons Lenny Wise and Kenny Wise. Five sisters Vickie Parkerson, Shirley King, Jenny Parkerson, Cynthia Kellogg and Sophia Clark. Two brothers Wesley Kellogg and Jason Kellogg. Four grandchildren Ryan Parker, Micheal Parker, Taylor Parker and Austin Gunter. Three great grandchildren Aubree Parker, Olton Parker and Addison Gunter and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral for Joetta Wise will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday April 12, 2018 at the John Ireland Funeral Home, 120 South Broadway, in Moore Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
