He was the husband of the late Madeline (Simone) De Christopher.
Born November 2, 1914, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Giuseppi De Christopher and the late Carmela (Gagaine) De Christopher. He was a 1932 graduate of North Catholic High School and a 1936 graduate of La Salle College. Mr. De Christopher first worked as a surveyor for the city of Philadelphia. He retired as a teacher with a career that spanned 32 years and included teaching Father Judge and Holy Cross high schools and Holy Ghost Preparatory School. He is survived by his children, Carole De Christopher of London, England; Thomas A. De Christopher of York, PA; and Maria A. De Christopher-Lopez of New Britain Borough. His sister, Frances Admonavage of Blackwood, N.J. also survives along with his 11 grandchildren and five-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by one grandson.
