PIPESTEM — James Oswald Anderson, 84, of Pipestem, WV was botn at Hilltop, WV the son of the late James Kelly and Blissie Massie Anderson. He was a retired conductor with the Norfolk and Western Railway, with 35 years of service, a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainman and the Browns Chapel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn O’Keefe Anderson on March 9, 1977; a brother, Carlas Anderson and two sisters, Eva Butler and Pauline Clark. Survivors include a son, James Melvin Anderson; a daughter, Janet Louise Sensabaugh; a foster son, Jerry Wayne Collins; four sisters, Marv Murphy, Francis Cole, Betty Picone and Chlorine Rouser.
