Anna Mary (Caudill) Caudill was born to Curtis and Sarah (Logan) Caudill on June 13, 1933 in Ulvah, Letcher County, Kentucky. She completed her life’s journey and entered her eternal rest on April 15, 2018, being 84 years, 10 months, and 2 days old. She had been married to her beloved husband, Lowell Thomas Caudill (deceased) for 42 years at his passing. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and showed unconditional love for all her children: Jerry David Caudill (deceased), Kathy (Randy) Branhan, Lowell Thomas “Tommy” Caudill Jr., Madonna (Marty) Borders, Joyce “Lynne” Gauthier, Sarah (Tony) Sarbaugh; grandchildren Sondra (Tommy) Feldhaus, Tracy Wagner, Christopher (Tara) Caudill, Marisa (Douglas) Jude, Kristin Glasscock, Joshua Caudill Schuler, Michael Thomas Caudill, Ashley Caudill, Dusty Borders, Nicholas Gauthier, Chelsea Gauthier, Kaitlyn (Tommy) Mesewicz, Gabrielle Sarbaugh, Noah Sarbaugh; great grandchildren Jessica, Thomas, Jennifer, Teegan, Taylor, Tiffany, Zachary, Allison, Molly, Clara, Carson, Logan, Marshall, Steven, Andrea, Savannah Rose; great great grandchildren Mitchell, Josie, Bennett, Jaxon, and Hazlyn. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, and brothers and sisters Larry, Gary, and Michael Caudill, Geneva Caudill and Maxie Osman. Surviving brothers and sisters are: Charles (Patty) Caudill, Alonzo Caudill, Johnny (Shirley) Caudill, Audrey Caudill, Sadie Tipton, Sandra Smith, and Marsha Bailey. Also survived by sister-in-law Delores (Kelly) Gibson and many, many nieces and nephews. Anna was a Kentucky Wildcat at heart. She was an avid fan of UK, UC, and Ohio State basketball and football. She loved going to church and studying the bible (she wore out a few bibles) and had a strong faith in the Lord. She loved making by hand, quilts for each of her children and grandchildren. She was loved, will be greatly missed, and will always be remembered in all our hearts. Friends may call from 2:00 PM Friday April 20, 2018 until time of services at 4:00 PM, at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home (Amelia). Interment will be at John Hampton Cemetery in Jeremiah, Letcher County, Kentucky.
