Born in Paynetown, Tex., he came here in 1930 and lived at 710 S. Western Ave. Dr Bailey was past president of the California Safety Council, Past Commander of Service Clubs Post 546, American Legion, and Past President and Past Surgeon General of the Military Order of World Wars. He leaves his widow, Louise.
