Lisa Dyan Cooper, 35, Nashville, Ind., died Dec. 15, 2002, at the Columbus (Ind.) Regional Hospital.
She was an employee of Toyota Industries in Columbus and a member of the Church of Christ.
Born in Marion County, Ind. on Aug. 21, 1967, she was a daughter of Gene and Margie (Copas) Cooper of Nashville.
Other than her parents, survivors include four children, Zackery, Sarah, Samuel and Alisha; a brother, Delbert Cooper, of Indiana; her paternal grandmother, Irene Cooper, Oden, Ind.; her maternal grandmother, Mildred Copas, Scottsville; two uncles, Arnold Copas, Scottsville, and Roger Copas, Watertown, Tenn.; and two aunts, Dorris Mings, Munfordville, and Fredia Crowe, Tompkinsville.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Robert Cooper and Adolphus Copas.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Dec. 19, at the Barkes, Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home in Columbus, with Rev. Rick Herman officiating. Burial was at the Garland Brooks Cemetery.
Cousins of the deceased served as pallbearers.
