A native of Salem, SC, Mr. Manley was the son of the late Clyde Alex Manley and Aloe Alma Towe Manley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later retired from Duke Power. Mr. Manley was a member of Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Manley is survived by his son: Robert Manley (Shannon) of Pickens, SC; sister-in-law: Sara Manley; nephews: Randall and Tim Manley; five step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild
In addition to his parents, Mr. Manley was preceded in death by his brother: Dale Manley.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park.
