"The funeral of Mrs. Richard I. Ferguson, 84, of Robinson, mother of L. R. Ferguson, 1708 Marshall Avenue, was held today at the Robinson Baptist Church with burial in Brockville Cemetery northwest of Willow Hill. Mrs. Ferguson died Wednesday in a Robinson hospital.

Those from Mattoon who attended the funeral were Mr. Ferguson, Mr and Mrs. John Smith and Mr. and Mrs. M. G. Stevens.

Surviving, besides her husband,, are two sons, I. R. of Matton and James of Greencastle, Indiana; two daughters, Mrs. Claudia Sterritt of Parkersburg, Virginia, and Mrs. Grace Parr of Sabetha, Kansas; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Hicks of Willow Hill and Miss Elizabeth Ridlin of Oblong; two brothers, James and John Ridlin of Oblong; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
