Lillian L. Abbott, 101, of Mackinaw, passed away April 24, 2018, at Snyder Village Health Center, Metamora.
Lillian was born Oct. 4, 1916, in Peoria, to Charles and Emma Weisert Lane. She married Maurice L. Abbott on Oct. 16, 1939, in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death Jan. 10, 1999. Also preceding her in death were one son, Richard George, and two brothers, Charles and Leroy.
Lillian is survived by two daughters, Donna (Scott) Rogers, East Peoria, and Shirley Tanner, Hopedale; three sons, Jerry (Linda) Abbott, LaMirada, Calif.; Michael (Debbie) Abbott, Minier; and Thomas (Sue) Abbott, Bartonville; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Haensel Funeral Home, Mackinaw. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service Friday. Burial will be at Mackinaw Township Cemetery.
