Judith attended Sacred Heart Grade School and graduated from Villa Maria Academy in 1956. She had worked at Super Saver and Metro Health Center.
She was preceded in death by a son, John F. Applebee and three brothers, William Williams, Jr., John Roger Williams, and Wallace D. Williams.
Judith is survived by her husband of 61 years, Donald Applebee, Sr. and her three sons, Donald Applebee, Jr. (Sarah) of Tucson, Ariz., Michael Applebee (Carol) of Alaska, and Thomas Applebee (Cindy) of Erie, as well as a daughter, Erin Applebee and her friend, Rob Preedit of Erie; and nine grandchildren, all of Erie.
Burial in Trinity Cemetery.
