He was born on January 23, 1959 in Princeton, Missouri the son of Buren and Opal (Zimmerman) Alexander. They preceded him in death along with his brother, Thomas Alexander.
David worked at Rival in Albany for several years and then later worked for Bram Monument. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. David enjoyed wood carving, hunting, fishing, and making crafts out of wire.
David is survived by his daughter, Stacy (Daniel) Germann, LaVista, NE; sisters, Rita Lomax, Bethany, MO, Debra (Terry) Schmidt, Waverly, MO; grandchildren, Tielyr, Izabella, Juneau; niece, Gini Vance; and nephew, Jeff “Spanky” Lomax.
