She was preceded in death by her husband in 1917, also by two of her children, Lee and George. From Kansas she removed to Oklahoma in 1893 where she homesteaded, going from there to her daughters at Broken Bow, Nebr., in 1929. From Broken Bow she came to Edgemont where she resided up to the time of her death, which occurred at the Sisters hospital, Hot Springs, Monday April 10th at the age of 71 years.
Funeral services were held at the McColley funeral home on Wednesday, April 12th, 1933, where a large number of friends and neighbors had gathered to pay a last tribute of respect to their departed friend and neighbor.
