Survivors include his parents: Craig Carter of Billmore Branch, Kentucky and Nashella Brown Carter of Norfolk, Virginia; his wife: Andrea Yazell of Wilmore, Kentucky; one daughter: Annabelle Yazell of Wilmore, Kentucky; one sister: Samantha Carter of Concord, North Carolina; one brother: Matthew Carter of Billmore Branch, Kentucky; along with a host of other family and many friends to mourn his passing.
Josh's greatest love in life was his daughter, Annabelle. He told her often that he, &loved her more than the stars in the sky and the fish in the sea.
Josh enjoyed being in the mountains and spending time with his family and friends. He was a very talented musician. He and Matt played together in rock bands for years. Josh loved music, artwork and playing drums.
Visitation for Mr. Carter will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the Polly & Craft Funeral Home Chapel of Jenkins, with family visitation at 5:00 PM. Public visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Funeral services for Mr. Carter will be conducted from the Jenkins Chapel on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM with Minister, Chris Fleming officiating.
Burial will follow in the Carter Family Cemetery at Billmore Branch, Kentucky.
