PARALYSIS CAUSES DEATH - HARRISON DANIEL STOUT WILL BE BURIED MONDAY Harrison Daniel Stout, retired farmer, died at 12:30 p.m. Friday at his home in Belle Center after suffering a paralytic stroke about one week ago. He was 88 years old and well known and respected. He was born in Hardin County, the son of Daniel and Barbara Zahller Stout, April 1, 1850 and died December 2, 1938, age 88 years, 8 months, and one day. He was united in marriage with Bethiah Jane (Jennie) Hannum November 13, 1878, who preceded him in death February 7, 1932.

The following children remain; William, Harley, Urah and Frank Stout, and Mrs. Eva Carnes and Mrs. Clara Kinney of Belle Center. Three children, Earl, Grover and Donald, who died in childhood, preceded their father in death. There are four grandchildren remaining. Mr. Stout was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Belle Center. Funeral services will be held Monday in the Postle Funeral Home and burial will be made in the Belle Center Cemetery.
