A lifelong resident of Fulton county, he was born near here July 30, 1858, the son of
Michael and Julia ARMSTRONG CONFER.
He is survived by one brother, Elmer [CONFER], Mexico, Ind., and several nephews and nieces.
The body was removed to the Foster funeral home here where final rites will be conducted at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning by the Rev. Stephen GUBI. Burial will be made in the Citizens cemetery.
