OBITUARY:

Ellen S. Murray, 89, of the Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, formerly of Lorraine Ave., Maytown, died January 29, 2006. She was the wife of the late Benson S. Murray who died in 1993. Born in Lancaster, Mrs. Murray was a daughter of the late Arthur and Ellen Lander Siegler. A graduate of the Lancaster Girl's School Class of 1934, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Murray was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Marietta, the Order of the Eastern Star Donegal Chapter #422 and was a member of the Altar Guild at St. John's. Surviving is a sister, Romaine Slavey, Maytown; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Benson Murray Jr.; two sisters, Mary Lawrence and Theodate Siegler and two brothers, Arthur and Jay Siegler; and a dearly loved cousin, Janet Lander.
