Annie D. Hatcher Cooley-Carson 65, Indianapolis, departed this life on April 15, 2007. She was born February 18, 1942 in Birmingham, Alabama to Gilbert L. and Ruth M. Hatcher who preceded her in death.
Annie retired in 2006 from Larue D. Carter Hospital as a transitional care specialist after 41 years of employment. She was a member of Bethesday Missionary Baptist Church.
Annie is survived by her husband, Rev. Floyde L. Carson, Sr.; two sons, William Cooley Jr. (Terri), Warren Cooley Sr. (Latonia); one daughter, Lisa R. Cooley; two sisters, Mary L. Dodson, Regina M. Irons (Johnny); five brothers, Herman C. Hatcher of Milwaukee, Gilbert L. Hatcher Jr. (Allene) of Wadesboro, NC, Jesse O. Hatcher Sr., Wilbert L. Hatcher, Lionel J. Hart (Jeraldine) of Birmingham, AL; one aunt, Gertrude Coleman of Detroit; one sister-in-law, Terri Hart; four granddaughters; two grandsons; one great-grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many, many other cousins, relatives and friends.
