⚓️ Patrick Barriball, 57 of Havana died Monday, April 16, 2007 at his home. Memorial service will be at 3:00 pm Friday, April 20, 2007 at their home. "Capt. Pat" as he refereed to himself was an outdoors man, He was one of the best fishermen in the area. He was a Catholic and naturalist. The environment he lived in was special to him. He was a US Navy Veteran. His family and friends called he a genius. But most of all he loved people. Young and old alike. He enjoyed helping people and sharing his philosophy about life.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda Barriball of Havana, his mother Mary Barriball of Calumet City, IL. Three daughters Faith Barriball of Gainesville, VI. Heather Hurlock of Camden, IN. and Jessica Craft of Tallahassee, FL. One brother Tom Barriball of Hammond, IN. One sister Julie Barber of Dyer, IN. and three grandchildren.

The day after he died, I saw a Buck standing at the end of my street, in the middle of town. I live in a big City, so this is very rare. He used to carve antlers sometimes and to me it just brought much comfort when I saw it. I think it was God's way of letting me know Pat was okay. It was quite a shock the day that Patrick left us. I miss him very much. He was a good friend to everyone he ever met, even me.
