Martha Minerva(Glover) Baker was one of twins, who was the daughter of Ambrose and Mary(Brannum)Glover and the grandaughter of Jonathan and Sarah(Baker)Glover. Sallie, as she was known was also a great aunt to William Nathaniel Baker or Nate as he was known to family, her nephew Absalom Perry Baker was the father of Nate Baker. Martha's twin sister was Mary Eleanor who married James M. Craft and remained in the Owens Cross Roads area. Their brothers were Alexander Green B.,Uriah,Ambrose, their father, Alexander died unexpectly and Mary raised the children herself, she never married again.
