Vivien G. Coffaro was born February 5, 1922 and passed away on June 4, 2018.
She is survived by her two beloved children, David F. Coffaro and Lynda G. Loscutoff, and their spouses Patricia Coffaro and Richard W. Loscutoff. She has five granddaughters, Kate Coffaro, Susanne Coffaro, Karen Colon, Lisa Braxton and Cheryl McCreary. She also has four great grandchildren, Haley Colon, Austin Colon, Megan McCreary, Connor McCreary and Travis Braxton.
After the death of her husband Frank Coffaro in an industrial accident/explosion on November 5, 1953 she began work at the Hibernia Bank in San Francisco as a bookkeeper and rose to be a Vice President in charge of central operations.
She retired in 1988 and joined the Federated Women’s Club in San Mateo. She served as treasurer and then three terms as president.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Burlingame.
Friends may visit Tuesday after 10:00am and are invited to attend the Funeral Service Tuesday 10:30am at DUGGAN’S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City followed by interment at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno. A memorial luncheon will follow at her home.
