David was the fourth of five children born to John Robert Anderson and Nina Manetta [Taylor] Anderson. He was born in Roswell, New Mexico. He married Lesia Fay Brackenbury on March 1, 1986. David was the father of two children, Casey and Lesley, who was born after he died. David died in a work-related accident while installing sprinkler systems.
