Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at United Methodist Church in Moville, Iowa. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.

Beverly was born Sept. 25, 1932, in Sioux City, to Walter E. and Mabel (Lee) Thompson. She attended Sioux City schools and graduated mid-year in 1951 from Central High School.

On Feb. 12, 1955, she and Edward "Wes" Andrews were united in marriage at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Sioux City and were about to celebrate their 57th anniversary. Beverly started her office career at Dahl Implement, then Knapp and Spencer Wholesale Hardware and Zenith Corporation. She later started her own home cleaning business as Environmental Household Specialist, which she operated up to and including the day of her accident.

Beverly was a very strong woman. She taught Sunday School, and swimming lessons. She was very active in 4-H and loved to attend all sports activities and competitive dance competitions even in Des Moines at the state level.
