A man loved by, and loving many! Rodney worked at Dean Lumber for 25 years and Homestead Auction for 20+ years, he served on the board of St. Mary's County Commissioners from 1986-1990, sang with the Hollywood Harmoneers and recorded six Southern Gospel albums with them and traveled the eastern seaboard glorifying God. Rodney was a proud founding member of the Leonardtown Church of the Nazarene. Father of five, grandfather of 10, and great-grandfather of nine - so far. A lifelong resident of Hollywood, Maryland, he married Leah Jeanette Davis of Asheville, North Carolina, on February 9, 1963, just 239 days after their "chance" meeting at Paul's Auction in Leonardtown. They were happily married for 55 years, loving each other more and more each day, and praising God for bringing them together.
