She was born March 12, 1946, at Grayson County to the late Posey Anders and Hallie Halsey Anders.
Survivors include her husband, Toby Sells of the home; three sons, Steven Dowell and friend, Renae Finley of Independence, Joseph Sells and wife, Stacy of Whitetop and Jonathan Sells and wife, Christy of Volney; three sisters, Dorothy Crouse and husband, Henry of Independence, Louise Shatley and husband, Larry of Sparta, N.C., and Imogene Lamm and husband, Harold of Calico Plains, Tenn.; three brothers, Muncy Anders and wife, Madeline of Elk Creek, Kermit Anders and wife, Rose of Mouth of Wilson and Hurley Anders of Street, Md.
A funeral was held Dec. 15, 2013, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel, Independence.
Burial followed in Little Wilson Cemetery.
