Lillian L. Butson, age 79 passed away on Thursday morning, June 14, 2018 at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1938 in Toledo, OH to Harold and Dorothy (Pringle) Slocum and graduated from Rossford High School in 1956. She enjoyed bowling, sewing, fishing, quilting and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by her three sons Rex (Lynn) Walbolt of Perrysburg, OH, John (Karen) Butson of Metamora, OH and Jim (Christy) Butson of Walbridge, OH, special niece Andrea Keifer of Fayette, OH, sister Sharry Becker of Rossford, OH, sister-in-law Cheryl Slocum of Punta Gorda, FL, several members of the Butler family in Homer, MI and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Dorothy(Pringle) Slocum, brothers Floyd and Russell Slocum and sister Bonnie Elendt.

A special thank you to the staff at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical center for their compassionate care. A small, private service will be held at a later date.
