Dorothy Louise Butler, age 80, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
She was born on May 5, 1938, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Bennie H. Polk and Jane Jackson, and was preceded in death by her brother, Melvin Polk.
Mrs. Butler was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Villa Rica, GA.
Survivors include husband of 64 years, J.C. Butler and sons, Steve & Ramona Butler of Dallas, GA, Lonnie & Anna Butler of Cantonment, FL, Ricky & Linda Butler and Gary Butler of Dallas, GA; brothers, Richard & Linda Polk of Jackson, and Jimmy Polk of Griffin, sisters, Mary Jane Thacker of Snellville, Jeanette Queen of Piedmont, AL, Betty & Marvin Sheriff of Atlanta, and Annette Dawkins of Dahlonega, GA; extended generations.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 4 PM, from Clark Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Melrose Hills Memorial Park.
