Clifford E. Elston, age 61 died Friday, December 29, 2017.
He was born December 12, 1956 in Defiance Ohio, the son of the late William and Martha (Seslar) Elston. On August 6, 1977 he married Diann L. Fenter, who survives. He was employed from 1976 – 2001 by various agriculture companies: Sohigro/Terra/Land-o-Lakes/Payne Equity and from 2007 until 2015 was employed by J. & J. Ag of Grover Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Diann Elston, Paulding; three children: Keith L. Elston, Melissa (Jeyme) Koch, and Candice Elston; brother, George Elston; Sisters: Cindy (Russ) Geradot, Princess (David) Schnepp, Alicia Elston, and Lisa (David) Jones; six grandchildren: Calyn McCullough, Trynity McCullough, Laela Pirane, Hannah Pirane Donavin Lands, and Jayce Elston.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Harley and Leona (Stultz) Elston, and Earl and Goldie Seslar.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. Burial will follow in Hedges Cemetery, Paulding County.
Visitation will be 4 – 8 PM Wednesday, January 3 at Den Herder Funeral Home. There will also be visitation on Thursday, January 4 from 10 AM until time of services.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
