Mary Jane King, 91, died yesterday at 11 a.m. in her home following a long illness. The daughter of the late James and Barbara Dancey, she was born Dec. 18, 1854 in Owena, Canada and was married to John Clifford King at El Paso in 1879.
Mrs. King had been a resident of Decatur for the past three months, coming here from Colfax where she was a member of the Methodist church.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ritta Mae Shaw, of Decatur; two bro thers, Robert Danceyy. of Canada. and Isaac Dancey, Chicago, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Her husband and one son preceded her in death.
