Ann B. Anderson; 63, of Sykesville, died Friday, Oct. 10, at Carroll County General Hospital. Bom in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Smith. She was a retired personnel assitant at Springfield State Hospital Center. Surviving are husband Sheridan E. Anderson; sons Norman Shipley of Pennsylvania and Charles Blizzard of Florida; sisters Mary K McCracken of Cooksville and Evelyn E. Simmering of Linthicum; and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Haight Funeral Home, Sykesville, with the Rev. Keith Day officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may tall from 7 to 9 p.m Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m Sunday at the funeral home.
