Ackley of Novato, Marin County, formerly of Nelson, Durham and Feather Falls, Butte County, husband of Rose Atkins Ackley of Novato, father of Charles S., Jr., of Tulaipel, Wash., stepfather of Jake Kelley of the air force, brother of Harvey of Red Bluff, Tehama County, Leslie of Grants Pass., Ore., and Guy of San Carlos, San Mateo County, and Mrs. Violet Lacey of Myers Flat, Humboldt County; a native of Cow Creek, Ore., aged 62 years. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. tomorrow in the Brusie Funeral Home in Chico. Burial will be in the Chico Cemetery.
