Polly Agner-Aylor, 95, of Vinton, left this earthly home to be with her Heavenly Father on March 8, 2011. She was a lifelong member of Vinton Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Beulah Jenkins; her first husband of 62 years, Homer Agner; sister, Bernice Garrett; brother, Bud Jenkins and grandson, Jim Ridenhour. She is survived by her loving husband, Bill; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Jerry Ferguson; sister, Audrey Crews, of Baltimore, Md.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice and Helpful Hands Home Care for their loving and excellent care. Special thanks to Ruth, Kathleen, Carol and Claire. Arrangements by Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 540-982-2221.
