ESCONDIDO -- John "Jack" E. Kelleher, 95, died Friday, January 8, 1999.

Born Sept. 20, 1903, in Kansas City, Mo., he lived in Escondido for 34 years. Retired, he was a master electrician and a member of the Escondio Country Club.

Mr. Kelleher is survived by his daughter, Kathryn Murphy, of Escondido; nephew Jim Niemeyer of Arizona; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation and viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 14, at McLeod Mortuary Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 1 p.m. and a Mass will be celebrated Friday, Jan. 15, at Resurrection Catholic Church, with the Rev. Charles Fuld officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
