Hazel White Ball passed away July 6, 2018 at Autumn Care in Cornelius, NC.
Hazel was born November 16, 1921 to James Vance White and Bessie Jane Caudle White in Surry County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Lee Ball; and six siblings, Empress Gentry, Reba Hayes, Lala Wooten, Colleen Wall, J.V. White, and Joe White.
Surviving are two sons, Larry Sprinkle (Barbara) and Phillip Ball (Eileen); daughter, Vickie Blair (John); five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
A private family entombment will take place at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
