Peter Michael Crans was born in California in October 1984. He was adopted out to a beautiful foster family when he was a tiny baby. He was a special child born with Down's Syndrome. He was always cheerful, lovable and had such an outgoing personality. He was a good little boy who minded his manners and loved everybody. However, sometimes he would often get himself in trouble and cause mischief; and when caught by our mother, his favorite saying was, "Not me, Mummy. Not me!"
