Carl "Todd" Piercefield, 56, Logansport, passed away at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2018, at the Chase Center.

He was born Oct. 12, 1961 in Logansport, Indiana to the late James Franklin and Betty (Gentry) Piercefield.

Todd married Terri M. VanVoorst on June 3, 2005 in Logansport, after having been together for 30 years. She survives.

Todd was a driver for Waste Management for 10 years when he was younger, but his passion was working on cars. He loved his tools and never wanted anyone to touch them. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Along with his wife, other survivors include his children, Carl G. (Stephanie) Piercefield of Walton, Bill L. Piercefield of Logansport, Timothy R. Cooley of West Lafayette, Tony J. (Stephanie) VanVoorst of Winamac, Charlie W. Coonrod of Monon; grandmother, Madeline McGuire; brothers, Rick (Debbie) Piercefield of Texas, and Tracy (Susan) Piercefield, Lonnie Piercefield and Jeffrey "Willie" (Kim) Piercefield, all of Indianapolis; sisters, Tess (Chip) Zapp of Indianapolis, Lisa (Ben) Janczewski of Michigan, and Peggy Cole of Tennessee; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Rhonda Gilman and Micky Mills; brothers, Mark Piercefield, Jesse Dustin Piercefield, James Franklin Jr. Piercefield, and Larry Martin.
