Issom J Stroud, 81, of 724 Pryor street, died Monday morning at his residence. He is survived by four sons, W S, C J, M B and H H Stroud, who operate the W S Stroud contracting firm; two daughters, Mrs F M Neal and Mrs W P Adamson, of Atlanta. Final rites will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the West End Church of Christ, of which he was a member. The Rev H C Hale, the Rev S H Hall and the Rev B C Goodpasture will conduct the services and burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. J Austin Dillon Co in charge.
